What information should I provide for setting up the barbershop app?

We will need your business logo, corporate colors, brand book (just in case if you have them), the list of services, price list, list of your salon employees, images, salon addresses, phones, contact e-mails to ensure that the app is fully customized to your business needs.

 

To get both of your apps (Booking&Appointment app for clients and App for barbers and managers) live on App Store and Google Play, you will need to purchase Apple Developer: https://developer.apple.com/support/purchase-activation/ and Google Developer Console account:  https://play.google.com/console/. These accounts will be totally owned and managed by you. All other required actions will be informed to you by the Project Manager who will be responsible for setting up your apps.

How long can I use the app for my barbershop/beauty salon?

Once the monthly subscription is paid (it can be also renewed regularly), you'll receive technical support and hosting which includes the following: setting up your apps, customize them with your brand colors, get them published in App Store and Google Play, receive ongoing support (in case of any technical issues appear). If the subscription is canceled, you'll receive technical support and your apps are available on App Store and Google Play till the end of the subscription period.

What exactly do I get for the price mentioned on the home page?

Both of your apps, Booking&appointment app for your clients and App for barbers and managers, will be set up, optimized to your corporate colors, published to App Store and Google Play markets. The price mentioned on the home page is a monthly subscription and will also include the technical support & hosting within 1 month period from the day when apps appear on App Store and Google Play.

How long does it take to build the barbershop app?

We have already built the app and all its features. We'll need to customize it with your corporate colors, place your business logo, include buttons and background matching your business theme. Once the custom design is applied, we'll upload your apps to App Store and Google Play (might take 2 weeks additionally) and your clients and masters will be able to start using it ASAP.

What should I do to start using the app for my beauty salon?

You'll need to pay a monthly subscription, select the features to be added, provide your business logo, corporate colors, list your services and masters, fill both apps and Admin Panel with the necessary content.
